A Cake Pop starts out as a regular cake, which is then crumbled up into tiny pieces. Then frosting is added, to make a delicious gooey consistency. Then the "dough" is shaped into little balls, put on a stick and dipped in chocolate!
A Cake Bite is the same thing, but without a stick. Cake Bites can also be called Cake Balls or Truffles.
It's really quite simple :) But with hundreds of possible combinations and decorations, it never gets boring!
